Stunning view and location but needs urgent new bed at least. Safety, location, and view were stunning. The apartment, however, needs some TLC. The bed was the worst I have ever slept in and needs urgent replacement. Cupboards look bad. TV remote - not all the buttons work. Aircon remote does not work. WiFi was also not working.

Urban Oasis at Four Seasons

Hi Henriette, sorry about the experience with the remotes. We wish you had just let us know; we have a maintenance team on duty every day and can replace batteries or entire remotes as we keep stock. As your stay was some time ago, we cannot comment on the issue with the cupboards, but we did check everything during deep-cleaning last weekend and could not find anything wrong with it. Regarding our mattresses, we use medium to hard hotel quality mattresses as these normally give us the best feedback. We will immediately check whether there is anything wrong with the mattress and change it if necessary.

Average. TV not working, view is not what it seems in the picture. The surroundings were just busy, parking was far from my room.

Good morning Cleavon, while we have to accept that we cannot make every guest equally happy and while we appreciate honest reviews, we are unable to leave feedback like yours uncommented. Our Smart TV is of course working with Netflix and all streaming platforms, and that we do not offer DStv does not mean the TV is not working. Our secure parking bay is in the same building and 5 floors down from the apartment and serviced by 2 lifts. And of course, the photos in our listing are a true reflection of the apartment, including the views. And yes, the inner city is a busy place, especially if one books an apartment 3 minutes away from the National Assembly on the day before the SONA. We hope you will find more suitable accommodation going forward
