Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
-Hubbly Bubble, smoking of any kind, e-cigarettes, vaping, and cigarettes are strictly not allowed in the apartment.
-No pets are allowed.
-No parties are allowed.
-No loud music or noise is allowed.
-No visitors are allowed during your stay; the maximum number of guests is strictly enforced. Any damages or fines during your stay will be charged to the guest.
-Please note that the apartment is very close to the lifestyle center, swimming pool, and the soccer pitch. It does get noisy sometimes, especially on weekends and public holidays. It is quiet after 7 pm.
