Self-Catering Cottages @ Vaalwater Bush Camp offers self-catering and bush camp accommodation. It is situated on the Vaalwater Road, between Uniondale and the Baviaanskloof, ideally located 2km from the main Baviaanskloof access road. Vaalwater is the last stop before entering or after leaving the Baviaanskloof and is well-located as a base for day trips into the Kloof.
Guests have the option of various self-catering cottages with varying sleeping capacities. The units offer a variety of room configurations. Each unit has a porch area. The bush camp has numerous large old pear trees offering ample shade and it features a modern ablution block with lots of hot water on tap.
The self-catering guest cottages and the campsite facilities offer the ideal accommodation for gatherings for large groups. The are various trails along the river courses, to bird watch or to go on guided game-viewing drives making Vaalwater more than just an overnight stop.
