Situated 200 m from the beach, Vakansie Huis by die See is a spacious wooden house for a group or family in Betty's Bay.
The double-storey house overlooks the mountains, fynbos and beach, and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located on the first floor, the main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds, as well as 2 mattresses. The rooms open onto a wooden deck, and share the use of a bathroom with a shower and a bath.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. The lounge is furnished with 2 double sleeper couches for children, as well as a fireplace.
The ground floor comprises 1 bedroom and a kitchen, as well as a lounge. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and makes use of a bathroom fitted with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and opens onto a living area that is furnished with a double sleeper couch for children. The living area opens onto a stoep overlooking the fynbos.
Parking is available, and pets are welcome with prior arrangement.
Guests can visit the Harold Porter Botanical Garden or the penguin colony at Stony Point, and the area offers a variety of activities such as sandboarding, swimming, surfing, walking and hiking trails, as well as various restaurants.
