Description
Valinor is a traditional and comfortable self-catering beach holiday house right on Grotto beach. The perfectly located house is a family haven featuring a large private garden, spacious indoor, and outdoor entertainment for all ages, and beachcombers have direct access to the white sands.
This multi-level home can accommodate a total of 8 guests and comprises 4 tastefully furnished bedrooms, with a kids’ den, and 3 bathrooms. Upstairs, is the main bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second and third bedrooms are located on the ground floor, furnished with a queen-size bed and king-size bed, respectively, and share the use of a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. On the lower floor is the fourth bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and has an adjoining bathroom fitted with a shower. The kids' den features 4 built-in beds and also doubles as a game room. Linen and towels are provided.
This house features a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room opening up to the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, electric stove, and oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and a Nespresso machine. There’s also a dishwasher for guests’ convenience. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the downstairs laundry room. The kitchen leads to the living room with comfy seating space and a cosy fireplace and further expands to the dining area. Upstairs, is a TV lounge furnished with comfy couches, books, and a smart TV. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi with backup power. The TV room has a cosy glass-panelled balcony overlooking indigenous Milkwood trees.
The patio downstairs has seating space, a Weber gas braai, and a garden area with an open-air braai. Secure parking is available for 1 vehicle, and off-street parking for 3 cars.
