Vallen Lodge 2 is a lovely first-floor beachfront apartment situated in a secure complex in Ballito. The complex is conveniently located within walking distance of the shoreline, just a stone's throw away from the blue-flag-rated Willard Beach and a short drive to the Ballito Junction and Ballito Lifestyle Shopping Malls.
The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests at a time. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second, third, and fourth bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds. Each bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Each room includes a ceiling fan and air conditioning. Three out of the 4 rooms feature a sea-facing balcony.
The kitchen is open-plan to the living area and is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities.
The open-plan living area features a dining table that can seat 8 guests, comfortable lounging, and a TV with full DStv and Wi-Fi. This area extends to a spacious patio with ample outdoor furniture and a charcoal braai, offering breaker sea views. There is an inverter in the apartment.
Guests can park in a single lock-up garage and 2 open guest parking bays (not behind a gate with an open entrance to the unit).
