Located 6 km outside Colesberg and conveniently near the N1 national road, you will find the Van Zylsvlei B&B Karoo Guest Farm, an oasis in the beautiful Karoo. The small farm offers very safe overnight accommodation where children can enjoy the open spaces. You can expect a warm and hearty welcome when you arrive at this rustic, farm-style accommodation.
Accommodation is offered in a choice of detached rondavels and free-standing family rooms. Each room has its own en suite, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a TV with a selection of DStv channels. All of the rooms have air-conditioning except 1 twin room which has a ceiling fan. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. All rooms except for Room 21 are also equipped with aircon.
An optional full English breakfast can be enjoyed each morning and an optional dinner can be provided from an à la carte menu at an additional fee.
There is a shared guest lounge area with a cosy fireplace and complimentary Wi-Fi, but be warned, just like the pace, the internet is slow in the Karoo. Each unit also has Wi-Fi. The guest farm also has a lovely outdoor swimming pool, braai facilities, and a bar.
