Peaceful & relaxing. You have no choice but to breathe in the fresh air. A perfect getaway from normal city life.

Restful, tidy cottage with lots of nice touches. Had a lovely stay with my son and dog. Very neat cottage with lots of nice touches and plenty of firewood. Hot tub was a highlight and got very hot, which was great. Beautiful serene hike down to the river. Conveniently close to Worcester.

Geluk is a lovely, secluded, well-appointed holiday cottage. Geluk was the ideal getaway from Cape Town for a few days. The working farm with fruit trees in blossom and healthy-looking vines was lovely, surrounded by majestic mountains and beautiful rivers. We spent our few days walking up the river; some of the paths have been damaged in the winter storms. Swimming in the pools was a real treat. The wood-fired hot tub was a treat to enjoy after a long walk, especially with a glass in hand looking up at the stars. Provided several extras which were well received.

Great, wood supply was more than enough. I would definitely return. We enjoyed the nature, sound of the rain and wind. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to get away from a busy lifestyle.

The location was great except for the very strong constant smell of manure. We arrived and found the hot tub filthy with a thick layer of sand on the seats and floor, with no way to clean the hot tub without having to completely empty the tub, clean the tub and refill it with clean water. The drinking glasses were filthy; we had to first wash all the glasses before we could drink out of them. The crockery was all mismatched as if something had been broken and replaced with something completely different, not even tried to replace with something similar. For the price paid for the unit, one would expect WiFi.

Absolutely beautiful and restful weekend. The view of the mountains while sitting on the stoep or in the hot tub was just what we needed. Loved the tranquility.
