Villa 1356 Ekubo Coastal Estate is a 432-square metre spacious double-storey self-catering villa located in the secure Ekubo Coastal Estate in Leisure Bay, Port Edward. The Ekubo Coastal Estate offers 24-hour access control and security, direct access to 2 beaches, and a clubhouse with a swimming pool, play area for kids, squash court and a gym.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children under the age of 12 and comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a guest toilet, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area opening to a wraparound balcony.
The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed, a full en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, and sliding doors opening to the balcony. The second bedroom contains a double bed and a shower en suite, and has sliding doors opening to the balcony. The third bedroom contains a double bed and a full en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, and sliding doors opening to the balcony. The fourth bedroom is located downstairs and contains a queen-size bed, a bunk bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. This room has a sliding door opening to its own small private balcony with chairs. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge, microwave, gas hob and electric oven. The dining area contains a round 8-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge features a TV with a DVD player and a selection of DStv channels. The living area has sliding doors opening to the undercover entertainment balcony with outdoor seating, outdoor dining furniture, a firepit, a private swimming pool, and sun loungers. Sit on the balcony and enjoy watching whales frolicking in the ocean.
