Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Valid IDs for all persons staying - upon arrival at Santorini Beach Estate (16 and above)
No more than 4 persons are allowed to stay in the villa (unless specified, e.g., an infant). Security will verify this upon arrival, during the stay, and at check-out.
No loud music or acts of violence will be tolerated. Security reserves the right to impose a fine of R5,000, payable by the tenants occupying the unit at the time. Security also reserves the right to remove individuals from the property if any unlawful acts occur.
A breakage deposit will be collected directly from the guest. This deposit covers any breakages or damages to the property and its utilities.
