Villa Karibu is a self-catering home located in Tokai, a residential suburb of Cape Town, situated on the foothills of the Constantiaberg, which is a large whaleback shaped mountain in the Table Mountain range. The suburb is bordered by Steenberg and Kirstenhof to the south, Bergvliet to the east, Constantia to the north and the SAFCOL pine tree plantations against the mountain to the west. The unit takes up the ground floor of a double-storey house, the upper floor is not available for rental.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. The second bedroom is furnished with single beds, while the third bedroom is furnished with single beds and a child-only bed. These rooms' en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. A washing machine, tumble dryer, and a big freezer are available in the scullery, next to the multi-purpose room which leads to the garage. The dining area has seating space for 8 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a 55" Smart-TV (DStv and Internet-Streaming).
The house has a lovely covered outdoor dining area and a braai area. The patio overlooks the beautiful garden and leads to the solar-heated 40sqm swimming pool.
