Came as stranger and left as friends. From the moment we set our feet on the lodge we only experienced excellent customer service. The management staff Lucas and James made our stay even more memorable by attending to any of out needs that they could assist with. Even arranged a special supper at a very reasonable price on our last evening. Thank you very much for the surprise. The cabin was clean and had all the niceties for self-catering stay. The staff that services the cabin were very friendly as well as the other staff that we came in contact with. What a pleasure to hear the lions in the evening in the back ground. It was also nice to see the lion cubs and my granddaughter love to go and say Good Morning and Good Night to the cubs. The only issue was the dirt road getting to the lodge, the first day was not a problem but the last couple of days due to rain the dirt road got a bit bad. On the last day we found a short road that was in much better condition. Will we go back, the answer is a definite “YES”.
