Located about 150 km north of Cape Town on the shore of St Helena Bay, Villa Swart is a fashionable self-catering holiday home situated on the beach and is the ideal getaway for family or friends.

The fourth bedroom has a king-size bed, a balcony with sea views, comfy chairs overlooking the beach, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, spa bath, and toilet. Bedroom 5 contains a double bed, a work desk, a smart TV, a comfy swing chair, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a 6-plate gas stove and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher are also available in the kitchen. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table and a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a Smart TV. Free uncapped Wi-Fi is available. Additionally, a bar area with stools is included in the lounge.
Outside, guests have access to a wooden deck with outdoor furniture and a portable braai, all overlooking picturesque sea views, a perfect spot for a sundowner. The property also features a pool and offers secure parking. Additionally, guests have direct access to the beach.
