Villa Villiers is a spacious self-catering home located in Villiersdorp, Western Cape. This lovingly restored historic house, built in the 1950s, blends history with modernity, creating a warm and inviting space perfect for family and friend gatherings.
Accommodating up to 10 guests, the property features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a sleeper couch, the third bedroom also includes a queen-size bed, and the fourth bedroom contains 2 three-quarter beds. The 2 bathrooms, shared among all bedrooms, are fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, cutlery, crockery, and a dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table for shared meals, and a cosy lounge with comfortable couches and a TV. Free Wi-Fi access is available.
Outside, the enclosed patio features a built-in braai and overlooks the garden, making it an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening sundowners. Onsite parking is available behind secure gates. Explore the local area and its stunning natural surroundings, with Theewaterskloof just 10 minutes away. Franschhoek, Worcester, and Caledon are also a short drive away.
House Rules
1. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
2. Noise Levels: No loud music or excessive noise is permitted after 9 PM to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all.
3. Respect the Neighbors: Kindly keep the outdoor area tidy and avoid activities that may disturb the neighborhood.
4. Unauthorized Guests or Parties: Only the guests listed on the booking are permitted. Hosting parties or inviting extra guests without prior approval is not allowed and may be declined.
5. Damage Reporting: Report any damages or issues immediately to avoid additional charges.
6. Pets: Pets are welcome but must not sit or sleep on furniture unless you use a protective blanket you provide. Ensure you clean up after your pets at all times.
7. Care for the Property: Please respect the home and treat it with care. Any misuse of amenities may result in charges for cleaning or repair.
8. Keys and Remote: A fine of R750 will be charged for lost keys or remotes. Please handle them with care.
9. Bedrooms: Eating or drinking in the bedrooms is not permitted to maintain cleanliness and prevent stains or pests.
10. Outdoor Amenities: Use the outdoor spaces responsibly and ensure all furniture is returned to its original position after use.
11. Fire Safety: Please do not leave any fires, candles or stoves unattended.
