Villa Werelia offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a family holiday home, situated in Leisure Bay. The house is conveniently located within walking distance to local beaches.

The house can accommodate 6 guests in the main house, 2 guests in a self-contained flat with air-conditioning, and a bachelor pad that can accommodate 1 guest.

The main house comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and air-conditioning. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds and are equipped with ceiling fans. There are 2 bathrooms; one is fitted with a shower and the other has a bath.

The house comprises an open-plan lounge, dining room and pub, leading out to the well-furnished patio where guests can relax. Just off the patio is a splash pool for those hot summer days.

The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, glass-top stove, oven, and a microwave. There is a chest freezer and an extra fridge for cold drinks out on the patio. In addition, there is a separate scullery with a top-loader washing machine for convenience.

The 2-sleeper flat contains a queen-size bed, and has space to set up a camping cot if need be. The flat is equipped with air-conditioning, a TV, fridge, microwave, and kettle. It has a shower and toilet.

The bachelor pad has a three-quarter bed, a fan, and its own shower and toilet.

Between the flat and the main house is a large entertainment area with a built-in braai and table and chairs. This is situated under large trees to provide shade in the day, and it is well-lit with spotlights at night.

The property features an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. The property is walled-in for security, and has a lock-up garage for parking.
