Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the unit, however, a designated smoking area is available outside the unit.
This unit is not suitable for pets since the owners have their own pets on the premises.
Please note that only the number of guests stated on the confirmed booking are allowed to stay in the unit. If there are any additional guests, they will be charged an extra per person rate which is payable with the breakage deposit.
Please note that a cleaning fee is applicable to each booking and includes cleaning before arrival and on the day of departure. It is not a daily cleaning service.
A refundable breakage deposit of R400.00 is required to be paid with the balance via EFT, a week before arrival. This amount will be refunded after departure, if there are no damages or breakages that have occurred in the unit during your stay.
The right of admission reserved by management.
