The Golf House is a Victorian-style 3-bedroom home, situated on a secure golf estate in Strand with mountain views. The 24-hour security estate is located meters from the sea.
The Golf House is decorated to create a child-friendly, homely environment, surrounded by a 9-hole golf course with walkways, wildlife, and wide-open spaces. Here you can enjoy a relaxing holiday or explore the Western Cape.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen-size bed and 1 with 2 single beds. Both bath and shower facilities are available.
The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, and it features a breakfast counter. The house comprises a dining area with a fireplace and a TV with selected DStv channels. Guests have access to braai facilities, free Wi-Fi, and secure parking.
Greenways is a private golf estate on the beautiful False Bay coast. The estate offers a 9-hole, 3-par golf course, 2 tennis courts, and a large swimming pool for the exclusive use of the residents. Greenways also offer a restaurant in the clubhouse, as well as beautiful walkways along the beach. A variety of restaurants are located within 5 km of the Golf House
The security of the estate is excellent with 24 hours patrolling guards and rigorous access control. It is perfectly safe to walk in the large estate and enjoy the sea and mountain views.
Stellenbosch is a 20-minute drive away and Cape Town International Airport can be reached within 30 minutes by car.
Strand shops and Somerset Mall with cinemas, restaurants and shops are a drive away. The location also offers access to Stellenbosch Winelands.
