Description
Vinkie, situated 30m from the beach, is a self-catering house located in Paternoster, a quaint and picturesque fishing village. Paternoster is famous for its traditional fisherman's architecture and is the most romantic and peaceful place on the scenic West Coast.
Please note that the unit is not directly on the seafront although it is in the front row. It does offer sea views.
The Vinkie cottage offers 2 en-suite bedrooms with a double bed in the first room and twin beds in the second room. Each bathroom features a shower and a toilet. The kitchen, lounge and dining area are in an open-plan layout. Amenities include an indoor fireplace, underfloor heating and heated towel rails. A TV with selected DStv channels is also available. Outside, guests have access to braai facilities.
Paternoster is about 150 km north of Cape Town on the R27 and 15 km northwest of Vredenburg, making it a favourite weekend getaway destination. The West Coast is known for its great species richness and the high level of endemism make it a very special place for wildflower lovers the world over.
