Apartment #1 has a private entrance and sleeps 5 guests (2 adults and 3 children). The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The main bedroom has an extra large king-size bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed below and a single bed above. The full bathroom has a corner bath and a separate shower. Towels are not provided. The apartment has an open-plan kitchen with a gas stove, oven, microwave, double-door fridge-freezer and a DeLonghi bean-to-cup coffee machine. The open-plan lounge area has leather couches and a Smart TV with a USB port and a DStv connection point. Guests are welcome to bring their DStv decoder and smart card, cables and remote control. The large patio is covered and has a built-in braai with a sea view. There is also a separate communal laundry room. There is covered parking for 1 vehicle. The apartment offers direct access to the sea and estuary from the large lawn.
