Description
Vitamin Sea is a spacious double-storey self-catering house, with its own private lap pool, in a cul-de-sac in the secure Bowtie Private Estate gated complex. The decor and furnishings offer simple and streamlined minimalism with neutral palettes, and all the mod cons. Located in the upper Lookout area of Plettenberg Bay, the estate is approximately 1 km from the main street, and 2 km from Lookout Beach and the nearest shopping centre.
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin, and a TV with a selection of DStv channels. This room opens onto a balcony with views. The second bedroom contains a king-size bed, a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin, and a TV. This room also opens to a balcony with views. The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a TV. The fourth bedroom contains a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds, and a TV, and opens to a balcony with views. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
Downstairs, houses the vast open-plan kitchen, dining and living area and the guest toilet. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and kettle. The dining area contains an 8-seater dining table and chairs, as well as a work desk with 2 chairs. The lounge contains ample seating, a TV with a selection of DStv channels, an air-conditioner and heating. Uncapped fibre Wi-Fi is available. The lounge leads to an indoor braai room with a built-in indoor gas braai. The braai room has sliding doors flowing to the private garden with outdoor dining furniture, a Weber kettle braai, and sun loungers, and an unfenced solar-heated lap pool.
There is a cold water outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. A double interleading garage is available. This house is pet friendly by prior request only.
The estate is very secure and is fenced in with electric fencing. It also has CCtv and roaming guards from 18:00 to 06:00.
