The kitchen and living area lead out to a patio, which offers a braai facility, chairs, an umbrella, and stunning sea views to admire. The living area also leads out to an entertainment room, which has a large indoor braai area, tables and chairs, games, cards, and a dartboard.

Off-street parking is available for cars. The property is also the ideal base from which to explore various attractions surrounding the town and in this part of the West Coast.
