Volmoed @ 49 Rowweklip is a lovely self-catering holiday home ideally situated to give you ocean views from every bedroom. As this is located in Jongensfontein, it is an ideal option for a family or a group of friends wanting to explore the scenic Garden Route.
This double-storey property can accommodate a total of 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, double vanity and toilet. The second and third bedrooms also have a queen-size bed and include en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower-over-bath and a shower, respectively. The fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds and makes use of the fourth bathroom fitted with a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan living area occupies the lower level of the home and features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the separate scullery. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table with ample seating for guests to enjoy their meals together. Also available on this level, is a cosy lounge with a fireplace which opens up onto a balcony with panoramic ocean views and an outdoor dining table.
Additionally, there is a cosy entertainment area on the upper level of the home which includes another dining table, a cosy lounge area and a gas grill. Guests are afforded secure parking on the property.
