Great location, very private and comfortable. We had a great stay at the Waterfront Cottage. Very private location with easy access to the lagoon for swimming. The loadshedding meant that we had to plan certain activities (no electricity meant no water) but that was not cottage related and with the help from Alison who introduced us to the ESP app it could be easily managed. When we had certain questions, Alison was very quick in responding. In the end we stayed 3 extra days and we have added the cottage on our list of locations to include in next year itinerary.

It was a wonderfully relaxing time in the most exquisite spot! The host was incredibly accommodating of us and our needs. The house is clean, well-equipped and in the perfect location. Would highly recommend! The house was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway - equipped with everything you need. It is right on the lake which we made use of.

Great location and value for money. We had a great stay at Waterfront Cottage. The location is fantastic and we really enjoyed it. There are only a few things that people need to realize: 1. The road is quite steep and it is a bit difficult to get there with a regular car. Vans or 4x4s are fine. 2. Every 2 bedrooms share an en-suite bathroom (ie the rooms both have doors leading to the shared bathroom). It's a bit awkward to share the bathroom like this between different couples, but parents with children won't have a problem. 3. There is no bathtub, so parents with small children may struggle. 4. If there is loadshedding, there is no water, so you have to plan your shower carefully and make sure you take enough drinking water with you. 5.
