Water's Edge offers luxury self-catering accommodation in the lovely coastal town of Langebaan. It is located on the beachfront and is conveniently located for prime kite-surfing, swimming or just strolling on the beach. Walk out of our gate and onto the main beach.
Accommodation comprises 2 holiday houses, each accommodating 6 guests. Water's Edge 1 - Luxury beach house on the beachfront that accommodates 6 guests in 3 en-suite bedrooms. It has a lovely open-plan kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove, and oven. There is a living room, dining area, braai room area a smaller lounge, and a kitchenette area. Upstairs, there is a deck with braai facilities that has a spectacular view of the lagoon.
Water's Edge 2 - Luxury Beach House can accommodate 6 guests and comes equipped with 3 bedrooms. The first and second bedroom features a queen-size bed each, and the third bedroom features 2 single beds. Other in-room facilities include an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower, a dining area, and a kitchenette fitted with a fridge, microwave, stove, and oven.
On-site facilities include Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Netflix and DStv, and secure parking. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, clothing shops, and a supermarket just around the corner.
Langebaan is only an hour and a half from Cape Town. Interesting towns to visit within easy driving distance from Langebaan are Paternoster, Velddrif, Saldanha, Darling, and Hopefield. Langebaan offers a range of activities to be enjoyed which include kitesurfing, many other water sports, golfing and cycling in the Langebaan Country Club, horse riding along the beach, and spa treatments. Guests can use our two double kayaks to paddle around Schaapen Island and enjoy the rich bird and marine life. West Coast Fossil Park is 20 km away. Take a scenic drive through the West Coast National Park into the Posberg National Park to see the beautiful Namaqualand flowers in the spring.
