The kitchenette consists of a microwave, a kettle with tea and coffee facilities, a bar fridge, crockery, and cutlery. Other in-room facilities include a lounge area with a TV that has DStv Premium channels and Wi-Fi. The patio offers a kettle braai and outdoor furniture. Enjoy the beautiful view of the dam and the surrounding mountains, the Jacuzzi is located on the patio next to the unit, overlooking the Hartbeespoort dam. We can recommend Kosmos Cafe (800m from us and on the waterfront) or Belize Restaurant (3km from us) for breakfast, lunch and dinner options.

- Check-in is from 14:00 -17:00
- A late arrival fee will be applicable after 17:00 and per hour thereafter is charged to cover staff transport costs. We do not have any public transport available after 17:00 and staff need to rely on private transport, which costs more. The late arrival fee can be paid straight towards the staff.
- We can recommend various restaurants in the area for breakfast.
- Smoking is completely forbidden inside the units. Ashtrays are provided on the patio.
- Only booked-in guests will be allowed at Watershed Guest House.
- No pets allowed.
- Please respect and consider the peace and privacy of other guests and neighbours at all times.
- No loud music is allowed. Keep noise levels down after 22:00.
- Kindly advise the staff if you encounter any problems or need assistance during your stay.
- When leaving the unit, please ensure all electric appliances have been switched off, like electric blankets, air-conditioners etc.
- Please lock doors and windows when leaving the unit.
- Check-out is strictly at 10:00 a.m. on the morning of departure.
