Waterside Haven is a piece of heaven, located on the lake, with stunning mountain views in peaceful Marina da Gama, near Muizenberg in Cape Town. This private 3-bedroomed house, with a swimming pool, is an ideal getaway for a family or group of friends.
The contemporary open-plan lounge and dining area leads out to a large lakeside entertainment area, with a Weber braai. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large gas stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave and air fryer.
Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both with shower and loo and built-in cupboards, comfortably accommodates 6 guests. The main bedroom and second bedroom both have double beds; and a third bedroom has 2 three-quarter beds.
The house has a single inside garage, and safe outside parking in the cul-de-sac for additional cars. Long-staying guests have access to a separate laundry.
Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool, or head off to Muizenberg Beach and the False Bay coast, just 5 minutes from the house. This area is world-renowned for its natural beauty, historical charm, mountain trails and vibrant beach culture.
Waterside Haven is a short walk from the Zandvlei Nature Reserve - ideal for watching sunsets over the lake; and a popular site for kayaking, windsurfing and fishing.
