Spacious stay with secure parking. The room was slightly larger than usual, which was a nice touch. However, it wasn’t as clean as expected, considering the additional cleaning fee. Several pieces of furniture were either missing or replaced with different ones from those shown in the photos. Some bathroom facilities were below standard. The description mentioned a swimming pool, which was not present, and the braai area was unusable and lacked a grid. On the positive side, the parking was safe, secure and convenient, though navigating in and out between other cars required some parking skills.

Dear Werner. Thank you very much for your review. We did replace some old furniture with newer ones - the dining area was completely upgraded. The braai grid was on the side behind the wooden table. So sorry it was not placed in a more accessible area. The toilet seat was replaced by a new one after previous guests broke it. We did try to fix it temporarily during your stay and the plumber fixed it after you left. What I am most sorry about is the incorrect description on the property profile stating that there is a pool. There has never been a pool on the property and I can only guess the mistake was made when the property listing was done by the booking platform recently. I will follow this up with them to see how this happened. I would like to give you a refund for one night's stay to make up for the lack of a pool (which was never there!). Perhaps next time you come there will be one! Please be in contact with me regarding the refund.
