I was expecting that upon arrival someone would be receiving us. Also, the pool was not clean. Other than that, we had a good stay.

The time of arrival was given to me as 16:00, but the guests arrived an hour and a half early without notifying me.
The guests used my bath towel to clean the corner of my pool. The pool was cleaned the previous day by a pool company. It was very windy and the leaves must have fallen into the corner where the cover was blown away from the side. The pool broom next to the pool should have been used for this.
