Description
Weskus Quarry Famous is situated on private property at Steenbokfontein Farm, approximately 8 km from Lamberts Bay. It offers a variety of caves, middens, Bushman paintings, and a range of archaeological sites, making it ideal for a 2-day breakaway to rejuvenate the soul.
This wooden hut is furnished with 2 single beds, and basic bedding is provided. There is a communal bathroom and kitchen shared with other guests on the premises. The shared bathroom features 2 showers, and 2 toilets, and towels are provided. Guests are required to bring their own toiletries.
The communal kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, 2-plate stove, pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery; please note that these are the only basics provided on-site. Secure parking is available at the hut, and picnic baskets can be requested and delivered to the unit.
On the farm, guests can observe a variety of bird species, tortoises, and small antelope. A trail to the beach on the farm is accessible only by foot.
