Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R300 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

No noise before 08:00 or after 22:00.
Permission must be granted for more than 3 guests per unit.
No pets are allowed.
Keep the common area tidy (braai area).
The laundry room is for staff use only.
Laundry can be done on request at R250 per unit and there are also launderettes in Ballito and Umdloti.
Please make sure that the gate is always closed when guests enter or leave the premises.
Please do not feed the monkeys.
Please note the driveway to the parking area is a very steep incline with a twist and guests need to be careful.
