Comfortable. We had a nice stay. The apartments are neatly laid out. The appearance of the hotel lobby is not great and was dirty and disorganised. Not a good start. They were also still cleaning the rooms when we checked in after 14:00. Otherwise, the service was excellent and very friendly.

Very neat, clean and stylishly furnished. Everything we could need was there. Would recommend Whale Coast Hotel. Very good value for money and very comfortable, private and tasteful. Room on mall found mall music disturbing all night. Staff were all very professional and helpful.
