Quietly tucked away in comfort with a glimpse of the sea. We did have some noise trouble with the builders next door whilst we were there, and whilst this definitely tainted our visit, it also gave us an opportunity to experience the excellent customer service from the people that we were in communication with. Within 20 minutes or so of us contacting our hosts the bulk of the noise subsided. It still wasn't ideal, but we were impressed with the speed of the response. We very much enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be recommending this property to friends and we will definitely be looking this property up when we next need accommodation in Swakopmund.
