Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Please note ID and proof of address will need to be provided once the booking is confirmed.
Please note that Witsand Woonstel 805 can only accommodate a maximum number of 4 people.
Guests must bring their own lights for loadshedding.

There is a breakage deposit payable directly to the owner. It will be refunded 48 hours after guests' departure as long as there has been no breakages or damage. If anything gets broken or is damaged it will be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit.
