Description
Witsandhuis is a self-catering holiday home located in Witsand, a quaint village situated at the mouth of the Breede River, in the Western Cape. It is known for having the highest concentration of Southern Right Whales on the South African coast, and offers 4 km of white sandy beaches, magnificent Cape fynbos, and a myriad of water sports.
The house can accommodate up to 5 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, the second bedroom contains a double bed, while the third bedroom contains a single bed. There are both bath and shower facilities in the house. Bath towels are provided, but guests are required to bring along their own beach towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a TV with selected DStv channels. Wi-Fi access is also available. The house has a 180-degree view of the Breede River estuary and the ocean.
