Woodcutters Guest House is situated amongst the picturesque mountains and lush forests of Haenertsburg and Magoebaskloof. Woodcutters captures the history, passed and present, of the development of our area over the years, giving you the history of our beautiful mountain and the local community. The guest house is ideally located near all of the amenities in the village and surrounds. We suggest that either a bakkie or a vehicle with a higher road clearance be used, as we are situated on a dirt road.
Accommodation at the establishment comprises of 2 guest rooms. The en-suite guest rooms have their own private entrance and feature an en-suite bathroom.
En-suite double rooms at Woodcutters Guest House comprise of a hairdryer, makeup station, and built-in cupboards. All linen, towels, hand, and shower soaps are provided. The en-suite rooms have complimentary tea- and coffee-making facilities, rusks, and bottled water. A bottle of wine is provided, complimentary in the rooms for 2 nights booked, and more. Each room is equipped with a fridge and microwave for your convenience. The rooms are not self catering, however breakfast can be arranged at an additional cost per person for a full English Breakfast. In addition, the guest house has free Wi-Fi. There is our "Social Distilling" Distillery and Entertainment Area on the premises, with Braai Facilities for Guests to enjoy.
Woodcutters Guest House is located a few minute's drive from restaurants, shops, and pubs that are in the village center. The area is well-known for its scenic mountain biking and walking trails. Guided Bird Watching Tours are available, please contact Woodcutters prior to check in date to arrange your guided bird tour and get further info. The town is approximately 2 hours drive from the Kruger National Park's Phalaborwa Gate, which makes Woodcutters your ideal stopover.
