Nightmare: Xanadu has been temporarily withdrawn.
Outside: The building is neglected and lacks maintenance and upkeep: building is dirty, cracked and lacking paint, weeds all over yard, outside lights don't work, outside doors can't open and geysers need attention. Inside: wall plugs broken, light bulbs blown, not enough swimming towels, glass doors and windows dirty, glass door wheels not working, interior door latches not working. We had to pay R800 cleaning fee, but floors, windows and showers were dirty. The pots were rusted and moldy. Place mats and tablecloths were dirty. The linen, towels and bath mats were clean. We had to clean up on the first night of vacation; sweep floors, wash dishes and laundry. Doing maintenance: fixing wall plugs, replacing light bulbs and fixing sliding door wheels. After having to take a cold shower the next day, we insisted on other paint stays and had to pack up and move again.
