XX³ Cottage is a lovely, fully equipped self-catering cottage that offers everything needed for a delightful family getaway. The sought-after Mile 16 Private Beach Estate provides private access to the 16-mile beach in Yzerfontein.
The cottage can accommodate 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and offers an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. The second bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin.
The house includes an open-plan kitchen and living area, along with a back patio that provides additional outdoor social space. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine (the first 4 coffee pods are provided; guests are welcome to bring extra), an air fryer, a stove, an oven, a washing machine, as well as cutlery and crockery.
