Exceptional place. Groenhoek Guest Farm is perfectly situated should you wish not to stay in Clarens. Beautiful, scenic and peaceful break away. We truly enjoyed our stay. We were received by a very pleasant and helpful guy that made us feel welcome immediately.

Perfect, blissful, and welcoming. I travelled with my two daughters for a weekend getaway, expecting a very basic lodge because of the decent and affordable pricing. When we arrived we were blown away by the beauty and location of the cabin. Situated on the foothill of the mountain with amazing views, the cabin was fully equipped, complimentary soaps and creams for my girls, DStv, WiFi, fridge freezer, microwave, cutlery, crockery, a gas stove and gas geyser ensured there was sufficient hot water. They even provided us with a complimentary daily bag of mixed wood for an amazing braai. The service and welcoming of the staff was also surreal - very happy!

Amazing! Amazing unit, I was not expecting such a beautiful view and such a beautiful house. Truly so adorable, the bath was so nice and there was constantly hot water available, which really sold the experience. Would stay again, just disappointed I didn't book for longer.

Outstanding! We had a very nice stay. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and the cottage was well furnished and very tidy. Will definitely stay here again. Hopefully we will experience snow next time!
