The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The second and third bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a bath and a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso machine. There is a breakfast bar with 4 stools. The dining area contains an 8-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge area contains comfortable seating. The house has 2 flat-screen TVs with sound bars that offer access to Netflix and music channels. Wi-Fi internet access is available. The house opens to a large covered patio with outdoor dining furniture and an outdoor lounge suite, the ideal place to enjoy an espresso or a glass of wine. The patio leads to a boma with a built-in braai, seating and a fire pit. The home has a large enclosed garden. Small to medium dogs are allowed, by prior arrangement.
