Fluisterbosch Life-style Farm and Self-catering Accommodation, is situated in the heart of the Karoo.
We offer a private cottage, the Kloofhuis, to our guests. The cottage can accommodate 2 adults in an open plan layout, with arrangements available to accommodate up to 2 children or young adults to sleep on 2 foldable beds.

The cottage is fenced in on a 4000 square meter plot with a gate, making it pet friendly. A lawn surrounds the cottage where guests can relax, play or have a braai. Guests are also welcome to pitch a tent for the kids! We encourage guests to interact with our animals, feed the horses and cattle, or take a hike through the natural Fynbos at the foothills of the Swartberg.

Situated approximately 1200 meters above sea level, the farm enjoys snowfall during most winters, especially in July and August. Summer temperatures are slightly cooler due to the high elevation.
The farm offers walking trails, mountain bike opportunities, and birdwatching, with many bird species to be spotted.
Guests can also take a short hike to view the bushman paintings estimated to be between 30-000 and 50-000 years old.

Fluisterbosch is located 65 kilometers from Laingsburg, and is easily accessible from both the N1 and R62. It serves as the gateway to the Western Cape's highest peak and the picturesque Seweweekspoort. Just 3 and a half hours from Cape Town or 2 hours from George, the farm is a haven for visitors of all ages.
