"This is not really so much of a destination as a stop over. But we also didn't explore much, so maybe we didn't get to see it properly. Colesburg is a great stop over location if traveling from JHB to CT."

"The residential area surrounding the N9/N1 intersection is a bit run-down and has some unsavory parts. I only consider it nice to stay within the confines of the guesthouse or B&B. We didn't check out the whole of Colesberg, so I can't say much about the rest. There is very limited options for people that eat plant-based or vegan when I check the surrounding menus online. I wouldn't travel specifically to Colesberg as a destination."
