12 on Beach is situated right on the beach of Saldanha. The property stretches from Beach Road to Kamp Street. The reception is from the beach entrance and the secure parking is from the rear entrance in Kamp Street which is clearly marked and has a solid white gate.

There are 9 rooms of which Room 7 and Room 9 feature sea views The non-beach facing rooms all have easy access to the recreational areas which overlooks the beach and activities on the bay. All rooms come equipped with comfortable beds, an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath or shower, private entrance, and a kitchenette. Other in-room facilities include TV, DStv, Wi-Fi, and tea-and coffee-making facilities.
