Please note that guests cannot check in on December 25, December 26, or January 1.
The apartment uses prepaid electricity. Guests are responsible for their electricity consumption during their stay. For convenience, units will be preloaded onto the meter before arrival. Guests are expected to top up any additional usage themselves.
No pets are allowed.
Parties are not permitted in the apartment.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and anywhere on the premises.
Bath towels may not be used as swimming towels.
Please ensure all windows and doors are closed when leaving the apartment. Sudden strong winds, which are common in the area, may cause damage.
No loud noise or music is allowed. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00.
Do not hang laundry or towels over the balcony railings. Please do not throw food, cigarettes, or any items over the balcony railing.
Guests are kindly requested to adhere to the Topaz House Rules, a copy of which is available in the apartment.
Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by parents while using the play area and swimming pool.
