Ok unit for a short stay, need some maintenance. The hospitality from Laya and Lynette was fantastic. Compared to the other units' pricing, this unit was ok value for money; however, the general maintenance of the unit is in need of some serious attention. No air conditioning and only one of the ceiling fans in the bedrooms worked. One of the bedrooms had no working lights, the plug fittings in the unit are not secure, the light on the balcony at the braai does not work, the toaster did not work (they replaced it after asking), the microwave did not work, the cooking utensils are plastic and in serious need of replacement, the security gate of the unit does not lock. Basic extras would have been nice, like a drying rack for the towels and a proper broom. And it's a 6 sleeper; ensure there are 6 chairs on the balcony.

Very unsatisfactory. 4 chairs inside and outside for 6 people. 1 long drink glass for 6 people. 4 table instead of for 6. I don't understand why it was not complete. Bedding was repaired, guest bathroom was full of mould. They could have made it a perfect stay by just fixing these few things. I was very disappointed.

Baie baie lekker. Naby aan alles. Hoef nie ver te ry vir goeie "entertainment" nie.

Uitstekende verblyf. Sal so gou moontlik weer wil teruggaan!

Was baie aangenaam. Goed geleë. Plek is ideaal geleë. Veilig. Kort net asblikke in woonstel. Daar is net een middelslag. Niks in badkamers en kamers.

Uitgerus, ontspan. Die eenheid is baie netjies en die skoon, die woonstel is baie lekker geleë vir die strand en winkels, die diens was uitstekend, ons sal enige tyd weer terug gaan.

The unit is very good value for money and we were also given an attractive discount. The owner and the caretaker were very prompt and helpful in responding to maintenance issues. The block is situated on the ocean front with magnificent 180 views. Although we understand this is a larger encompassing problem, it was such a pity the "locals" on the back end of the building were very noisy, loud music and racketeering all hours. Early Feb at South coast is very warm and humid, unfortunately the ceiling fan in the front bedroom only had one low speed setting which made the heat at night rather uncomfortable.
