27 Valley Road is a stunning holiday house located in the coastal suburb of Salt Rock in Ballito. The house offers guests spacious and comfortable self-catering accommodation surrounded by lush greenery. It is ideal for a family or a group of friends seeking upmarket holiday accommodation within walking distance of the ever-popular Salt Rock Beach. This beautifully decorated house consists of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 10 adults and 2 children.
The first, second, and third bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed and feature en-suite bathrooms fitted with either a bath or a shower. The fourth bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and makes use of the guest bathroom, fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The fifth bedroom is furnished with a double bed and 2 child-only beds and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Two of these bedrooms are on the ground floor, and the remaining bedrooms are located upstairs.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, stove, air-fryer, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The dining area, which can seat up to 10 guests, opens onto the living area and a bar area. The living area features comfortable seating and opens onto the courtyard, which has a swimming pool and a braai area.
Additionally, guests can enjoy a TV, pool table, and comfortable seating in the entertainment area, as well as a balcony with outdoor seating and picturesque views. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi and secure parking behind a remote gate.
