Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A R1000 refundable key and breakage deposit is payable via EFT directly to the owner before check-in. This will be refunded via EFT within 3 days after check out provided there is no damage or loss.
Light cleaning during your stay can be arranged prior to check-in at an extra cost per clean (excluding laundry). This is payable with the breakage deposit prior to check-in.
Should overcrowding occur guests will be evicted immediately and no refund will be given.
