36 Steps Beach Sand is a 3-bedroom, double-story face brick house with a gate leading to the ocean. It is situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac in Bluewater Bay and can accommodate 6 guests.
Upstairs, the main bedroom is en-suite and includes its own lounge and balcony. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and offers an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a bath, a toilet, and a basin. Downstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom fitted with a bath, a shower, a toilet, and a basin. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds.
The kitchen, scullery, and lounge are also downstairs, along with an outside braai area and patio. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, containing a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The living area features a dining table, comfortable seating, and a TV.
Additionally, there is a double garage for those who wish to park undercover. Guests can watch the ships arriving into Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) from the spacious upstairs balcony, which features a braai area where they can enjoy a drink while taking in the unbelievable view.
