Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:
- Admin Fee of R550.00 per booking
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Children aged between 0 and 18 pay R 100.
Check in is after 14h00 and before 19h00 on the day of arrival.
Check-ins after 21h00 will incur a surcharge.
Check out is before 10:00 on the day of departure.
A R2000 incidental deposit is required. This deposit is refundable within 7 days after departure, provided the apartment is left in good condition.
The maximum occupancy of 6 persons in the unit must not be exceeded under any circumstances. Failure to adhere to this will result in the extra people having to move out with immediate effect, or the booking will be canceled and no refund given.
Quality linen as well as bath- and swimming towels are provided.
The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the patio.
