Good day Fred, Thank you for the review. Just to reply to your review, we supply freshly washed bedding and towels with every booking and clean the house just before arrival, and it is presented as per the photos on the front page. That particular day you arrived earlier than the time you had informed me, and unfortunately, we were still busy with the kitchen. The previous guests had left some food in the fridge, which we were still busy cleaning. Your feedback is important to us as we have just started our guest house and need to rectify any problems. I did notice that you have a similar guest house and were awarded a 3 for cleanliness? Once again, thank you for your review; all my other guests have given us a 5 for cleanliness, so I do apologise for any inconvenience. I live in a house in the same street, so the house is booked as a separate unit. Kind regards, Neville
