Description
6 La Digue is a self-catering home located on the canals in St Francis Bay. This holiday house boasts a mooring for boats, and is within close proximity to two top restaurants. Other amenities nearby include Spar Supermarket, a bakery, a butchery, coffee shops, golf courses, tennis, bowls and squash.
This spacious double-storey home can accommodate 8 adults and 2 children, and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet. The main bedroom is located on the ground floor and is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom; the second bedroom is on the ground floor and has a queen-size bed and shares a bathroom; the third bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds; the fourth room is located upstairs and has a queen-size bed. This room opens onto a deck that overlooks the canals.
There is also a separate TV room with full DStv viewing upstairs, which can accommodate 2 children on 2 single beds. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen contains the necessary appliances to prepare and cook meals. The kitchen leads out to a covered breakfast area, where a Weber kettle braai is available to use.
The open-plan lounge includes a TV area, a bar, a dining table with seating, and a deck overlooking the canals. The living area also leads to an indoor braai area. The house has a solar panel system for a maximum of 10 hours and rainwater tanks.
A maximum of two well-trained pets are allowed.
Off-street parking is available for cars. 6 La Digue is also situated close to the canal launch harbour.
